If you have never practiced yoga or you have but wish you had a better understanding of the basics, we recommend this course to you. You will learn how and why we practice yoga and will work on creating a strong foundation on which to build your practice of yoga. In this course you will learn the pillars of the practice of hatha yoga: adequate exercise, correct breathing, concentration and relaxation.
